Coyote Ridge Estate is a luxurious vacation compound located in the Catskill Mountains, just a short drive (2.5 hours) from New York City and situated close to the Poconos. This exclusive property is rented out in its entirety to one group at a time, providing the ultimate in privacy and relaxation.

The estate features an impressive array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art greenhouse-enclosed swimming pool and a spacious clubhouse stocked with entertainment options. During the summer months, the pool's enclosure completely retracts and becomes an outdoor pool, while in colder weather it is closed and becomes an indoor space. In addition, there is a second, heated outdoor pool that is open during the summer season.

Accommodations at Coyote Ridge Estate are provided in three high-end, designer log homes built by Beaver Mountain Log Homes. Each home has been carefully crafted with a unique style, and is equipped with a fire pit, propane grill, linens, towels, and a starter amount of paper goods. The homes also feature fast WiFi and central air conditioning/heat for added comfort.

Coyote Ridge Estate is the perfect destination for family reunions, corporate events, religious and wellness retreats. The private office space in the clubhouse is equipped with super fast WiFi, providing a convenient and professional workspace.

EASY CHECK OUT:

So you have the most relaxing experience possible we only ask this of you before you leave:

-Toss out your trash. 

-Run the dishwasher.

-Close all windows.

-Lock the doors.

**Base rate is for 25 people. Sleeps up to 39. The  fee for larger groups is $25 extra per person, per night. Please inquire.

THE CLUBHOUSE/ENTERTAINMENT LODGE:
 
Located a short walk from the houses, closer to the main road. Whether you call it a clubhouse a lodge or entertainment center you'll have two floors with 5000 sq ft of pure entertainment!!! 

*The clubhouse has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds,  2 bunkbeds, 2 trundle beds. Sleeps 10. See photos. Showering will need to be done in one of the main houses but you have 2 half baths in the building to use as well as:

**DOGS accepted on a case by case basis. You must inquire first. Absolutely no heavy shedding breeds will be accepted. Violating this rule will cancel your reservation.

**Please note we are not far off hwy 17 so if hearing a car drive by when outdoors bothers you this might not be the place for you. We see an average of approximately 10 cars per minute so it's not super heavy traffic. It is not extremely noisy and it's quiet while indoors. 

**Exterior security cameras are on the property pointing to the outdoor spaces for safety. There are no cameras indoors.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA:

6 miles away from the quaint town center of Hancock

5 miles away: 4,700 acre lake, The Cannonsville reservoir

2 miles away: Delaware River public access area

6 miles away: town center of Hancock 

HIKING and PARKS:

-Oquaga Creek State Park: boat rentals, fishing, hiking... 20 minute drive.

-East Branch Hiking Trail: easy short walk along the river with beautiful views. 18 minute drive or 6 minutes from Hancock Village.

-State Gamelands 299: Wayne County, PA has beautiful nature and great fishing, 14 minute drive

FISHING: 

-The Cannonsville Reservoir, 12 miles long, 61 miles of shoreline, covers 4,700 acres! 20 different species of fish: Smallmouth Bass, Brown Trout (stocked yearly with 6,500 brown Trout.) 12 minute drive

BOATING and TUBING:

-Outdoor Adventure Recreational Services OARS rents out boats and tubes for the Delaware River. They will pick you up and shuttle you back to your car. 9 minute drive.

ZOO: 

-Animal Adventure Park 85 Martin Hill Rd Harpursville, NY 13787. Animal park with 100 species, offering hands-on encounters with animals and educational talks. 30 minute drive

GOLF: 

-French Woods Golf and Country Club is beautiful and only an 18 minute drive.

DINING:

-The River Run Restaurant has great food in a great atmosphere. 150 Faulkener Road Hancock. 5 minute drive

DINING IN HANCOCK VILLAGE 8 minutes away:

-Circle E Diner has dine-in, take-out or delivery options.

-The Chestnut has great take-out food.

-New China has decent take-out Chinese food.

-Little Italy II has great Italian food but please call to see if they are open.

There are a couple of fast food restaurants, Subway and McDonalds.
